Head - Accounts & Taxation
Ajay holds a degree in Accounting for Chartered Accountants in 2010 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 16 years of experience in accounting, finance, direct and indirect taxes, goods and service Tax, foreign taxation, transfer pricing, auditing, tax audits, internal audits and preparation and submission of tax returns. He has previously worked for a major accounting firm in India as well as for an IT company.

Recipient of many Awards for his achievements as an Industrialist and a KAIZEN Guru.

Shriram V graduated from Bangalore University. He began his career as an Article in a CA Firm called Umesh R Associates, where he worked for 3 years. Later, he joined Guru and Jana CA Firm as an Accountant, and he also served as a Yoga instructor in the Firm, conducting weekend Yoga classes. Following that, he co-founded a startup firm named S.P & Associates, where he held the position of Managing Partner for 3 years.
