Head - Accounts & Taxation
Ajay holds a degree in Accounting for Chartered Accountants in 2010 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 16 years of experience in accounting, finance, direct and indirect taxes, goods and service Tax, foreign taxation, transfer pricing, auditing, tax audits, internal audits and preparation and submission of tax returns. He has previously worked for a major accounting firm in India as well as for an IT company.

Bansari graduated from Symbiosis College, Pune; She is a qualified Company Secretary and has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Law from ILS Law College, Pune; She has completed Executive Program in Disruptive Strategy, from Harvard Business School Online.
She specializes in legal drafting, corporate & business structuring, strategic advisory, due diligence, negotiation and in providing legal solutions in complex matters.
